In terms of skillset, we are seeking an individual with a track record in the insurance marketplace (Lloyd’s or company market) who can demonstrate the ability to:
- understand underwriting P&L
- interpret metrics that can be used to improve performance and KPI’s
- monitor underwriting accounts at portfolio level
- influence senior stakeholders (both internal and external)
