What You’ll Do

  • From Day 1, you’ll dive into delivery, 270, or a 360 recruitment role, contributing to exciting tech recruitment projects:
  • Candidate mapping and screening.
  • Networking and lead generation.
  • Cold calling and business development.
  • Learning about cutting-edge tech roles.
  • Pitching roles and organising interviews.
  • Negotiating and building long-term relationships.
