Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing local authority based in Somerset who are seeking a Childcare Paralegal to join their team. This role pays a competitive rate of: Umbrella rate – £20ph – £30ph umbrella depending on experience. PAYE (inc.Hol) – £18.13 – £26.92ph depending on experience This role is on a part time Hybrid basis and on a 3-month contract with potential to extend. Responsibilities as a Childcare Paralegal: To provide assistance to the solicitor dealing with the case This role specifically relates to providing support in relation to private law family proceedings, care proceedings, pre-proceedings, and other public law children matters. Dealing with caseload from start to completion regarding childcare law Benefits: Hybrid Working Flexible working arrangements Weekly pay We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
