Cover Supervisor

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the school by supervising classes when teachers are absent. Working in Southwark secondary schools, you will oversee students’ learning, ensure they stay on task, and maintain a positive classroom environment., * Supervise students in the absence of the class teacher.

• Ensure students follow the lesson plan and complete assigned work.

• Manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning atmosphere.

• Support students across various subjects as needed.
