Join one of London’s most iconic and elegant neighbourhood pubs – The Thomas Cubitt, a Belgravia favourite and flagship site of the Cubitt House collection. We pride ourselves on timeless hospitality, elevated British dining, and beautifully curated interiors. We are now looking for an experienced and personable Head Waiter to lead the floor and deliver outstanding guest experiences in our bustling pub-dining environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading service with confidence, warmth and professionalism across your section
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager and Supervisors in training and guiding the front-of-house team
- Creating memorable dining moments and building rapport with regulars and guests alike
- Ensuring high standards of presentation, accuracy, and pace in a premium service setting
- Acting as a role model for service excellence, with a genuine love of hospitality
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a senior waiter or head waiter in a quality restaurant or gastropub
- A passion for great food, wine, and seasonal British produce
- Natural leadership and communication skills – you lead by example
- Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and great with guests
- A positive and proactive team player with a polished, approachable demeanour
