TeacherActive is working with secondary schools in Derbyshire who are getting ready to start their GCSE exams to find great exam invigilators to support them through this exciting period. This would be a fantastic opportunity to help and assist the school while also supporting the students in their exams. The exam season starts in May 2024 but we are looking for people to register with us now in order to be ready for when you are needed in May.

The school is looking to take on someone who has the following skills:

  • Good organisational skills.
  • Good IT and administrative skills.
  • Able to work as a member of a team.
  • Good communication skills.

If you have never done exam invigilation but are interested in doing so, we can provide information and training to help you prior to you starting.

Essential requirements include:

  • Enhanced Child DBS Disclosure on the update service is an advantage but we can apply for one for you if needed.
  • Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
  • Professional reference checks.
  • CV must cover the last 5 years of employment history where possible.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
