Role Overview:
As the Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier banks and financial institutions. This is a high-impact, strategic sales role where you will leverage your deep understanding of the banking industry and SaaS solutions to accelerate adoption and growth of our platform within enterprise-level organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with banks and financial institutions.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, decision-makers, and other key stakeholders in target accounts.
- Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Market Insights & Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the banking industry, SaaS solutions, and regulatory changes to offer tailored solutions to clients.
