Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant/PA within their Wills, Trusts & Probate department. This role is a full-time role working out of their Ringwood office primarily supporting two of the departments fee earners, along with assisting the department generally.
This role would suit someone with previous legal experience. Applications will be considered from a legal graduate with a level of work experience.

Main Responsibilities as a Legal Assistant/PA:- Deal with enquiries and book appointments for the whole team at Ringwood
- Assist in communication with clients, taking telephone calls and accurately recording messages and providing assistance wherever possible
- Assist in the personal organisation of Fee Earners and manage their diaries
- Have great attention to detail
- Receive and log client funds
- Invoicing
- Use our case management system
- Provide audio typing using BigHand
- Provide general secretarial/administrative activities to help progress client files
- Word process documents and materials
- Maintain and build upon existing client relationships
- Ensure the positive representation of the firm when dealing with clients and other outside agencies
