As a Tutor, you can choose to work on a flexible basis (or full time, it’s up to you) to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

Responsibilities:
· Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions.
· Assess students’ learning needs and create customised lesson plans.
· Monitor and track student progress.
· Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
· Collaborate with parents and educators to support students’ academic growth.
· Strong subject knowledge and a passion for working with children and young people.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
· Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus.
