Overview

Vehicle Technician Belfast Citroen

Monday-Thursday 8.15am-5:00pm, Friday 8.15am-4pm, Saturday 9am-1pm on a rota basis. OTE up to £42,600, including a £34,000 – £36,000 basic salary per annum plus a £6,600 bonus potential.

Charles Hurst, Belfast Citroen, is recruiting for a Technician to join their workshop. Working alongside experienced technicians, you will perform vehicle health checks, conduct services, and carry out repairs. We welcome flexible working hours to promote inclusivity.

You will report to the franchise aftersales manager, Wallace Mcfall, and receive ongoing support, training, and career development opportunities, including manufacturer accredited schemes and Hybrid & Electric training.

Our technicians are vital to delivering first-class customer service. We are seeking qualified Vehicle Technicians or experienced Mechanics from dealer groups or independent garages.

  • Perform vehicle health checks with the latest technology
  • Conduct vehicle services per manufacturer guidelines and customer requests
  • Carry out additional repairs with customer approval
  • Complete warranty repairs following manufacturer guidelines
  • Road test vehicles to ensure faults are rectified
  • Accurately complete all relevant paperwork

The ideal candidate will have workshop experience, be self-motivated, ambitious, eager to learn, and work to high standards. A full UK driving license and NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification are required. MOT license is a bonus. Experience with the brand is advantageous but not essential, as full brand training is available.
