Supply Chain Management Lead in Reading

Summer-Browning Associates are currently supporting our client with the Defence sector, who are seeking a Supply Chain Management Lead on an initial 18 month assignment in Reading.

Top essential criteria:
1. Experience of end-to-end tendering process
2. Understanding of training, and manual creation
3. Knowledge of public contract regulations 2015 and Procurement Act 2023

Essential:
* Experience of end-to-end tendering process
* stakeholder management
* Managing contract management plans
* Knowledge of supply chain processes
* Supply chain management
* Procurement Strategies
* Monitoring, mentoring, and training staff
o No direct line management – some task management
* Will be involved in future training on process, systems, and workflows withing AWE.
* Escalation resolving – will be POC for escalations in event team.
* Management of contract performance
* Experience of using JAGGAER, or Ariba would be acceptable.
* Team collaborator
* Understand what is changing, what measures to put in place, be prepared and support the team.

Security Clearance: SC level vetting required for the assignment.
