Windsor £40,000 Coulter Elite Resourcing are working with their client who have over 20 years of experience in their industry. Our client have an ambitious growth plan, so it is an exciting time to join their approachable team.

Our client are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to elevate our clients sales and marketing collateral through skilled, creative and on-brand designs. Working with Sales and BD to build compelling pitches, presentations and submissions. Bringing creativity and flair to all other marketing collateral including site set-up, social media, video, photography, content, case studies and promotional material.

Job requirements:
  • Work closely with PDs to develop compelling bid documents, submissions, presentations and pitches. Using InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint or other design software as appropriate.
  • Work closely with the Lead Designer to fulfil the creative brief on each presentation.
  • Gather bid-relevant content from across departments; pre-contracts, contracts, furniture, marketing and management to feed into the submissions.
  • Read all tender documents as they come in.
  • Own & develop our Pitch Deck; create new content, refine existing content, improve the look and feel.
  • Contribute enhancements to how we pitch; new technologies, new media formats, motion graphics, video, websites etc.
  • Work closely with our large Design Team and the Head of Marketing to:
  • Create handover documents - lookbooks, coffee table books, design compendiums.
  • Create sales collateral to support the sales cycle – about us, intro documents, case studies, ESG documents.
  • Create other marketing content; site set-up, social media, video, photography, content, case studies and promotional material.
  • Create an internal briefing process for required Graphic Design tasks.
  • Ensure the brand standards are adhered to across all outputs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Design and Build industry, our competitors and our supply chain.
  • Contribute ideas and enhancements to enrich our current collateral; technology, ai, video editing, photography etc.
Person Specification:
  • Aligns to our clients core values.
  • Highly organised, able to work across multiple projects at the same time.
  • Self-motivated and reliable.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and manage own workload.
  • Flexible on workday timings with occasional requirement to work late to meet client deadlines.
  • Work from the office in Windsor.
  • Keen to learn, develop and have training, as required.
Skills and Experience:
  • Educated to Degree level in Graphic Design.
  • Extremely tech savvy and up to date with Graphic Design industry trends.
  • Highly experienced in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience in motion graphics, video and website design.
  • IT literate – Microsoft 365 especially PowerPoint.
  • Experience working on submissions, bids and/or pitch documents would be advantageous.
  • Some understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a team player.
