As part of Levy, the market leaders in delivering world-class hospitality and catering, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the retail operations at this iconic venue, with 34 retail bars and kiosks – employing up to 200 staff on a full match day across 23 home league fixtures plus internationals and other large scale events.From matchdays to special events, this is your opportunity to lead and innovate in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

  • Retail Operations: Assist in overseeing all aspects of retail food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to company standards

  • Team Leadership: Support the recruitment, training, and management of a motivated retail team. Lead by example to inspire excellent performance and service

  • Customer Experience: Ensure all guests receive exceptional service, fostering a welcoming and memorable experience

  • Financial Management: Assist in achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability

  • Health & Safety Compliance: Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards across all retail outlets

  • Event Delivery: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful matchday and non-matchday operations
