Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full 360° recruitment process for permanent roles across multiple industries
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, securing repeat business
- Business development – Identifying and winning new clients and opportunities
- Sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates in key roles
- Negotiating contract terms, salaries, and offer packages
- Managing and growing a strong pipeline of talent
- Mentoring junior consultants, sharing best practices, and supporting team success
- Achieving and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets
