Job Description
- Cultivate strong, effective relationships with clients, prospects, colleagues, insurers, and external specialists at all levels to enhance business opportunities.Â
- Place commercial line business in approved markets, ensuring the best fit for clients, the insurance market, and relevant industry sectors.
- Keep clients informed of any political, regulatory, or market developments that may affect them or their business.
- Identify and implement suitable solutions, structures, pricing, and placement strategies that align with client needs while ensuring profitability across a diverse client base.
- Evaluate the adequacy of coverage and the appropriateness of terms offered to clients.
- Oversee the regular review and necessary actions on policy and client information.
- Collaborate proactively with colleagues across the organisation to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
- Deliver high-quality service to clients by overseeing all aspects of their insurance arrangements, offering advice, conducting reviews, and securing the right coverage at competitive rates.
- Strengthen and maintain relationships with our clients insurer panel while staying active and visible within the insurance market.
- Maintain vigilance in daily operations to identify and address potential issues, taking prompt corrective actions where needed.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that all inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Skills/ Experience required
- A minimum of 3- 5 years previous Commercial Insurance Experience
- IT Literate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and flair to deliver exceptional customer service
