Are you an experienced Legal PA looking for your next challenge? Our client in Cambridge is a highly regarded law firm looking to recruit an Executive PA for a 12-month fixed contract.
This is not just another PA role. As a valued member of our client's team, you'll provide comprehensive support to Partners who genuinely appreciate your expertise. With hybrid working arrangements, you'll enjoy the perfect balance of collaborative office days and focused home working. The role supports Partners and Directors in a busy and varied role.
Your role will be varied and engaging, working across multiple practice areas and supporting high-profile cases. From managing complex diaries and coordinating international travel to preparing legal documents and client liaison, no two days will be the same.
The successful candidate will bring proven experience in a legal environment, with exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organisational abilities. Your proficiency with legal documentation, digital dictation, and case management systems will be put to good use in this dynamic role.
As well as experience in a PA role within a professional services or corporate environment, you will bring a proactive approach, discretion when handling confidential matters, and the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
