Marketing Analyst sought by the Windows division of an international polymer manufacturer, in their Ross-on-Wye office. This global company has nearly 200 locations worldwide and supplies to a range of industries including construction, industrial and automotive industries.
The Role:
- Providing data, trends and insights to support successful, timely decisions and actions
- Reporting on KPI’s
- Creation and maintenance of sales controlling dashboards
- Developing and providing customer specific overviews and market insights
- Working closely with other departments both in the UK and overseas including Sales, Marketing and in particular Product Management
- Master data maintenance and analysis of market trends will be critical to the success of new product launches and ongoing business in the UK Fenestration sectors
- Loading data and information into presentation format, occasionally performing presentations
- The role will be 50% market analysis, 50% project management support, trend analysis, product management (e.g. brochure preparation)
The Person:
- Degree qualified in a business-related discipline (2:1 preferred)
- At least 3 months of commercial experience via an internship
- 1 year+ in industry (via placement or postgraduate experience) would be a plus
- Relevant market analysis experience
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred but not essential
- Comfortable working with data and numbers
- Eagerness to learn and grow with the role
- Level B2/C1 standard in English is essential
- Proficiency in a second language (German desired) is preferred but not essential
- IT literate in the following Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred however, training will be provided
- Project management skills, including the ability to work well in a team setting
- Confident communicator who can articulate themselves well to a wide range of stakeholders
- Prioritisation and organisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines is essential
- Full UK driving licence with permanent access to vehicle is required due to office location
Salary & Benefits:
- £25,000 - £33,595 salary
- Flexible hours (37.5 hours, core hours 10am – 3pm) - Immediate
- 0% hybrid working (50/50 over a two-week period) after probation
