We’re recruiting a Site Manager to join a bespoke residential developer, who takes pride in delivering exceptional, high-quality projects with an emphasis on craftsmanship, heritage, and excellence. They are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to lead a prestigious renovation of a Grade II listed building in the beautiful Cotswolds. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to manage the transformation of a historic property into a luxurious, bespoke residence, ensuring the highest standards of quality and care are met every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Oversee Site Operations: Ensure the project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.
- Manage Subcontractors and Specialist Trades: Coordinate teams and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and successful project delivery.
- Problem Solving & Project Momentum: Tackle any construction challenges efficiently to maintain the project’s progress.
