Maintenance/caretaker

Full time – On site role – Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.

Non live in Role paying 30,000 per annum

Live in salary which includes accomodation and bills- 26,000 per annum

Maintenance/Caretaker; Duties include but are not limited to:

Mastic, grout, blockages, replace light switches and plug sockets, light bulbs, skirtings, lock changes, basic leaks, self closers, smoke seals, general maintenance, painting, cleaning, void works.
