Systems Deployment Engineer Hybrid-working As a Senior Systems Deployment Engineer, you will lead technical deployments, configure enterprise backup solutions, and provide expert troubleshooting and guidance. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and client IT staff to deliver customised infrastructure solutions that align with customer requirements. This is a client-facing role that requires a combination of technical expertise, someone who can take ownership of deployments, problem-solve independently, and provide a high level of service in diverse IT environments. Key Responsibilities Manage project kick-off meetings to outline deployment objectives and timelines with clients. Gather and organize customer data to facilitate the setup and configuration of backup and recovery solutions, including Veritas NetBackup, and Veeam. Oversee the shipping and installation of on-premises appliances, ensuring all hardware and software components meet client specifications. Configure and deploy systems, including network settings such as IP addresses, DNS, and VPN connections.
