We’re looking for a dynamic individual to fill a high-impact hybrid role that will shape the future of our operations and help accelerate our business growth! This role offers a unique blend of responsibility, focusing on NetSuite ERP administration and Business Intelligence (BI) management, with a vital contribution to our finance team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the administration of NetSuite ERP—maintain, configure, and continuously optimise the system to align with business needs.
• Drive system security: Manage roles, permissions, and workflows to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
• Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits, managing integrations, and troubleshooting system issues.
• Support user training and offer technical expertise across departments.
• Implement automation and industry best practices to streamline processes, enhancing efficiency across the organisation.
• Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and developers to push the boundaries of NetSuite’s capabilities and drive continuous improvement.
• Take charge of our BI tools (Snowflake, ThoughtSpot, FiveTran), ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Manage user roles and security settings, while overseeing the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across BI platforms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data refresh failures and performance issues, ensuring uninterrupted access to mission-critical data.
• Optimise BI dashboards, reports, and queries, continuously improving performance and providing business stakeholders with actionable insights.
• Automate reporting processes, streamlining data refreshes, and implementing monitoring solutions.
• Train business users on BI best practices, helping teams leverage data to make better, faster decisions.
• Support the finance team with essential administrative tasks, including payment provider and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with the automation of financial processes and help implement new systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Play a critical role in enhancing business operations by supporting the implementation of cutting-edge systems and processes.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A self-starter with experience in managing and optimising NetSuite ERP and BI platforms (such as Snowflake, ThoughtSpot, and FiveTran).
• Someone with advanced technical skills who thrives on solving complex challenges and enhancing system performance.
