Your new role
You will be joining one of the region's largest infrastructure/highways projects.
- Programme Development and Maintenance Support the creation, maintenance, and regular updates of the main project programme, including performance indicators and progress-tracking records. Prepare and submit programme documentation in line with project requirements.
- Collaborative Planning Work closely with the project team and supply chain partners to develop and maintain collaborative look-ahead and short-term programmes that align with the overall project timeline. Facilitate collaborative planning sessions to ensure alignment and shared ownership of delivery milestones.
- Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement Monitor programme outputs and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with the project team to implement solutions that drive efficiency, reduce waste, and eliminate causes of delay.
What you'll need to succeed
- Design and Construction Planning Proven experience in both the design and construction phases of project planning, ideally gained while working with a construction contractor.
- Technical Knowledge Strong construction background with a solid understanding of engineering principles, construction techniques, and industry best practices.
