About the Roles

Key Responsibilities (Depending on Experience)
- Managing residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Conducting searches and handling pre-contract and post-completion matters.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Providing excellent client service.
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members (for senior roles).
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in residential conveyancing (all levels considered).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and work both independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail and familiarity with case management systems.
