We are looking for a Digital Partnerships Manager with 2+ years of experience, to join our rapidly growing team at the London office in Waterloo. This person will report to and work closely with the Director of Community and Partnerships. The essence of this role will be to ensure that we are building long-term and meaningful relationships with creators/athletes and expanding into new channels, all whilst championing a brand-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and developing relationships through existing partners, to ensure they continue to showcase the brand in an authentic and credible manner.
- Identifying potential new partners, who are authentic and credible within their training methodology.
- Leading contract negotiation and management to ensure that budget is optimised and used in the right places.
- Analysing performance of each partner through a data-first approach, to ensure strong ROI.
- Reporting cross-category data to the Director of Partnerships and Community, the management team and the wider business.
- Close collaboration with the marketing team ensuring that the Partnerships strategy aligns with, and compliments, the central strategy and rollout.
- Developing strategies with the Community Team to strengthen the relationships with partners.
- Managing workload and priorities across multiple product categories and performance disciplines.
Experience and key attributes:
- 2+ years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing or sponsorships, preferably in the fitness space.
- Regularly partakes in sport, fitness and training.
- Demonstrate an awareness of and give insight into the trends in the sub-sectors listed above.
- Must understand how the digital fitness ecosystem operates and how each sub-sector interacts with one another. E.g. CrossFit, Running, Hyrox, Functional-Fitness, etc.
- Has a working knowledge of social media monitoring tools (e.g. HootSuite, CreatorIQ, etc).
- Have an analytical eye for trends when evaluating the performance of each partner, to adjust strategy accordingly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Google Analytics.
