Key Responsibilities for Recruitment Consultant (not limited to): Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the branch. Support the Business Manager in implementing strategies to expand our presence. Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from sourcing candidates to client management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the industrial sector. Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved. What We\’re Looking For in our Recruitment Consultants: Experience: Ideally, you will have previous experience in the driving recruitment sector. However, we are open to candidates with recruitment experience in other sectors who are eager to transition into driving recruitment. Ambition: You will be seeking a role where you can make your own future, coupled with class leading Learning & Development Programme, and regular support and progression opportunities. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential. You should be comfortable managing multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment. Resilience: You will be someone who understands the need to remain in an environment where a resilient attitude, and the ability to remain focused on the bigger picture will be the key to unlocking future success. Attitude: We are looking for someone who is motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to the success of our Leeds branch.
