As part of our team, you'll be offering FREE gas boilers, wall and loft insulation, solar panels, and air source heat pump installation to eligible properties in your local area - all at no cost to customers. The Sales Manager Position, which includes a basic salary of £22,000-£28,000 (based on experience), entails managing and maintaining teams across the East Anglia region, and ensuring that KPIs are met in terms of brand recognition and conversions under the ECO4 and GBIS scheme. You'll simply book FREE appointments for our surveyors to assess local properties - if they qualify, the homeowner will receive cavity wall insulation, a brand new boiler, and more energy-saving measures at no cost - completely FREE through the ECO4 and GBIS Government Grant Schemes.
You will receive a minimum wage as security along with a bonus. Bonuses are dependent on achieving KPIs and can range from £100 or more per customer. A typical lead generator usually converts 5-10 customers per week at entry level.
