Michelle Denny Recruitment is thrilled to partner with Lexham Insurance as we grow their team of Customer Service Sales Advisors in Diss.

Salary & Perks

  • Basic Salary: £26,000 per year with On-Target Earnings (OTE): £28,000+
  • Additional commission and company benefits
  • Location: Diss – a buzzing hub where you’ll be right at the heart of the action!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Helping customers find the best motorcycle insurance – guiding them smoothly through the process.
  • Gathering key details to provide the perfect policy match.
  • Working towards achievable targets with plenty of support along the way.

No prior insurance experience? No worries! You’ll receive top-notch training and development opportunities to help you grow and shine in your role. The team is friendly, supportive, and always ready to welcome you with a smile!

Your Work Schedule

  • The offices are open: Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 7.00pm
  • Saturday | 9.30am - 4.30pm
  • You'll work on a rotating 3 week rota with an average 37.5-hour, 5-day week, giving you plenty of time to plan your life!
  • Saturday: 9:30am – 4:30pm (every other, with a weekday off to balance it out!)
  • Optional overtime available if you want to boost your earnings!
