Family Solicitor 4 years PQE+ up to 70K dep on experience – Romford, Essex

Our client is a leading independent law firm based in Essex, established in 1902. They are proud to have built strong, lasting relationships with clients across various industries, with generations of families continuing to trust their services.

They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join their Romford office.

The role:

• Joining a team of 6, you will manage and develop a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters, including:Divorce and civil partnership dissolution
• Private Children Act proceedings
• Financial remedy, including complex cases
• Injunctions
• Separation and cohabitation agreements
• TOLATA cases
• Pre and post-nuptial agreements

It would be a distinct advantage if you have supervision experience.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE
• Has the confidence and experience to manage their own caseload
• Can handle complex cases
• Has court advocacy experience
• Meets financial targets consistently
• Is enthusiastic about business development
• Is professional yet approachable
• Has excellent IT skills
