We are seeking an experienced, results-driven PPC Account Manager with a strong passion for all things Google and Microsoft to support the Director and our friendly team in Barnstaple. Having a solid knowledge and a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience of PPC Google Ads marketing is compulsory.
You will need excellent analytics skills and be able to conduct in-depth analysis of paid search performance, providing reports and identifying areas of opportunity for optimisation and be able to demonstrate your experience of taking ideas through to implementation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimising and growing our online presence and driving targeted traffic to our website while increasing the quality of our leads strengthening our overall conversions.
This is a new and exciting role aimed at growing the marketing activities and bringing the paid search advertising in-house.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and develop the performance of our Google Ads account in order to ensure optimal results and increase ROI and business growth.
- Analyse performance data to optimise and improve targeting, messaging, creative, and overall performance.
- Create and monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of online marketing, and analyse, review, and provide weekly reports to management.
- Keep up to date with latest industry trends, tools and best practices in order to drive continuous improvement to the business.
- Support the director with management of the accounts budget, ensuring the spend has clear expectations and a measurable return.
- Identify other areas of marketing opportunities.
- Meeting with Google Account Managers.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 2-3 years hands-on experience managing Google Ads lead generation campaigns.
- Experience working for a paid search agency would be a distinct advantage.
- Google Ads certification required.
- Excellent working knowledge and experience of Google Analytics.
- Strong ability to interpret data and identify optimisation opportunities for Google Ads.
- Ability to prepare regular reports on campaign performance, presenting meaningful insights and recommendations to management.
- A creative flair for writing compelling ad copy for Google Ads and for providing recommendations for optimising landing pages.
