Equitas is working on behalf of a well-established secondary school in Trafford, Manchester, to recruit an experienced and passionate Head of Business Studies and Computing. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious educator to take on a leadership role within a thriving department, guiding both subjects and inspiring students to achieve academic excellence.
The Role:
- Lead and manage the Business Studies and Computing department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
- Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5.
- Oversee curriculum development, ensuring it is innovative, relevant, and in line with examination board requirements.
- Support and mentor a team of teachers within the department, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Business Studies and/or Computing.
