Harris Hill has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Institutional Fundraising professional to join an international charity for 8 months, to cover maternity leave. This role is full time, but may consider 4dpw, hybrid based with 1dpw in their office on a Wednesday, with some flex on salary. This role reports to the Head of Foundation Partnerships and manages a team of 2 Foundation Managers. The client is looking for an experienced candidate who can hit the ground running, taking over partnership management of two large accounts, but also start looking at new business. 2025 is stable but 2026 and 2027 sees some tail off, so someone who is confident to get the ball rolling on this is needed. Some sort of targets will be applied but sensible for the term of the role.
Relevant experience:
- A proven track record of securing and developing six and seven figure partnerships with institutional and/or statutory funders.
- Experience of strategic planning, developing and monitoring annual plans and income.
- Proven experience in supporting and motivating team members to spot and capitalise on opportunities, develop cases for support and engage new prospects.
- Practical knowledge and experience in senior stakeholder management.
- Experience of line management.
- Practical experience in grant management.
