Avanti Recruitment is looking for an Electronics Manager to join an established, engineering-driven R+D company in the Milton Keynes area. You will be responsible for driving cross-functional innovation, working with firmware, electronic, mechanical, and software engineers on 10 concurrent projects, bridging the gap between hardware, software, and firmware development. You will start with a team of 2 direct reports, which over time will grow, along with your responsibilities, as we are looking for people who want to grow with a company and who want to leave their mark.

Skills/Experience

  • We are looking for confident people who can speak the "language" and talk technically to the team and stakeholders, so someone who has spent 5 years+ in an electronic engineering/embedded firmware development role, and 2+ years in a project management role.
  • Evidence of recent technical discussion and working with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
  • Evidence of implementing new processes and methodologies, and delivering projects on-time.
