A lovely special school in Cheltenham is looking for an HLTA to join the team in becoming one of their all rounders! The school looks after students aged 4-16 with a wide range of special needs and disabilities that will often be fairly complex.

The role revolves heavily around leading pre-planned lessons wherever there is a gap across the school. Due to the flexibility of the role, it is essential that you are confident in adapting to different environments and working with different ages.

You must possess strong classroom management as well as a strong knowledge of SEN. Experience wise, QTS is not required but you must have worked with SEN children before. The school is open to a full-time or part-time member of staff.
