Maintenance Controller Location: South Normanton Salary: £28,000 basic per annum plus other company benefits Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm or 9pm – 6pm Ref: OC27763   We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Controller for our client’s Commercial site in the South Normanton area. Continuous professional development and training opportunities  Maintenance Controller responsibilities: Coordinate daily maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment and machinery. Develop, schedule, and oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status. Monitor and track inventory of spare parts and tools to ensure availability. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex equipment issues. Provide support to the operations team in achieving production targets.  Maintenance Controller requirements: Proven experience in maintenance coordination or similar roles within the Engineering, Manufacturing, or Automotive sectors. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
