We are looking for an inspiring, results-driven leader to join our team as Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing for a new 237-bedroom renowned branded hotel on Great Tower Street due to open in London in Q4 2025. You will also support sales at Hampton by Hilton London City, a 278-bedroom hotel. As the Cluster Director, you will lead the sales and marketing strategy and be part of the pre-opening team to launch this new and exciting lifestyle hotel in the heart of The City.
What You'll Be Doing
- Strategic Leadership: You will develop and execute sales and marketing plans to exceed targets. You will ensure your hotels are first choice for both business and leisure guests and stand out in a competitive market.
- Driving Business Success: From optimizing sales opportunities to leading strategic discussions with the clients, brand, and key stakeholders, you will ensure both properties deliver exceptional results.
- Driving Performance: Be comfortable operating in account acquisition, communication, and delivering results on time, there will be a focus on driving new corporate and group business in both hotels.
- Building Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, agencies, and the local community to generate business for the hotel.
- Innovative Marketing: Create unique, impactful marketing campaigns that support hotel commercial objectives.
- Brand Ambassador: Be the voice of the hotels in the community and work closely with Hilton to maximise awareness and engagement opportunities with key Strategic Partners and clients to drive market share.

- Have a clear understanding of the hotels’ budget strategy and business mix.

- Lead the sales and marketing activities across both hotels and set clear goals for your team to deliver on.
- Develop and manage strong global and local relationships with clients and external partners.
- Innovate marketing campaigns, leveraging digital channels, partnerships, and local community engagement.

- 3+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role with London market experience.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related major.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals in the hospitality sector.
- Experience of working with a global brand is preferred.
- Pre-opening hotel and/or multi-site experience is preferred.
