Adaptations Surveyor

Adaptations Surveyor – Local Government – Responsibilities:

• Attending tenanted properties with a view to specifying disabled adaptations based on the recommendations of an Occupational Therapist.
• Cad drawing will be required when specifying ramps.
• Sending specifications to our partnering contractor, reviewing quotes, and issuing task orders.
• Arranging asbestos surveys, project openings, work in progress inspections, and joint handovers.

What You Need:

• Full UK driving licence and access to own car.
• Experience of CAD.
• Experience within a Local Government or a Social Housing environment is desirable.
