An innovative and dynamic Venture Capital firm is looking for an EA to support a Partner. The culture is inclusive, vibrant and high-achieving. The location, hours and culture are all great (4/1 hybrid working).
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Proactively supporting the Partner; gatekeeping and keeping one step ahead
- Coordinating a busy diary, arranging meetings and global travel
- Working closely with stakeholders, clients and external businesses
- Developing strong working relationships across the whole office
- Researching and preparing material for meetings
- Organising internal events and corporate hospitality
- Supporting with personal administration as required
The skills you need to bring:
- EA / PA experience, ideally from financial services, management consultancy
- Experience supporting professionals in a fast-paced, global environment
- Advanced MS Office skills
