What You'll Do:
- Review and process invoices, ensuring all documentation is in order
- Maintain the accounting ledger by verifying and posting transactions
- Prepare and execute BACS and CHAPS payments, both domestic and international
- Reconcile accounts and generate daily treasury reports
- Manage supplier accounts and respond to inquiries with professionalism
- Collaborate with property managers to process funding requests and ensure accurate records
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
- Pursuing or working towards an accountancy qualification is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and inquiring skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Adobe PDF, and Word
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
