We are seeking a highly motivated Partner Manager to manage and grow strategic partnerships with businesses, including dealership-integrated partners and large franchise groups. This role is key to ensuring partners maximise their exposure and potential with Payment Assist while identifying new opportunities to expand our network.
Working closely with a growing sales team you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth through relationship management, brand awareness, and lead generation. Success in this role will be measured by revenue generation, the number of loans processed, new partnerships established, and the number of leads generated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Relationship Management - Develop, nurture, and grow relationships with key partners, ensuring they are fully engaged with Payment Assist's solutions.
- Business Growth & Development - Identify new opportunities within existing clients increasing partner utilisation.
- Marketing & Brand Awareness - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance brand visibility across all partner networks.
- Performance Tracking - Monitor key performance indicators, ensuring partner activity translates into tangible business growth.
- New Partner Acquisition - Expand Payment Assist's partner network by identifying and onboarding new strategic partnerships.
- Sales Collaboration - Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of partner-led opportunities and initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially astute individual with a proven track record in Partner Management/Customer Success. The ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced in Partner Management - Background in managing partner relationships, customer success, or similar roles. Ideally within the automotive industry however this is not essential.
- Highly Organised & Personable - Able to build strong relationships while managing multiple partnerships efficiently.
- Growth Focused - Comfortable with new business development, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
- Commercially Driven - Understands key revenue drivers and how to maximise growth from partnerships.
- Adaptable & Field-Ready - Willing to spend time meeting partners face-to-face while balancing home and office-based work.
