\\nElevation Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with a global firm, based in the Bradford area, who are looking to appoint a French Speaking Credit Controller into their busy team.
\\n
\\nThe successful applicant with have exceptional customer service experience and finance knowledge, with a confident, enthusiastic personality. Previous credit control experience is not essential but would be beneficial. French Language is essential! 
\\n

\\nDuties and responsibilities: 

\\n\\n

\\n\\t
• Chasing outstanding payments via email and telephone

\\n\\t

• Allocating incoming payments

\\n\\t

• Dealing with queries and maintaining relationships

\\n\\t

• Putting accounts on hold 

\\n\\t

• Updating and maintaining the company system

\\n\\t

• Producing reports to track aged debt

\\n

\\n\\n

Person specification:

\\n\\n

\\n\\t
• Fluent in French and English

\\n\\t

• Strong systems skills including Excel

\\n\\t

• Ability to work well towards strict deadlines

\\n\\t

• Excellent customer service skills

\\n

\\n\\n
