Full Stack Engineer

Job Title: Fullstack Engineer (Python, React, React Native)

Location: Hybrid (Onsite once every 6-10 weeks)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work remotely with the expectation of being onsite once every 6-10 weeks. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python for backend development and React/React Native for frontend and mobile development.

As a Fullstack Engineer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining innovative, scalable applications. You’ll be collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that will drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of our applications.
• Build responsive, performant, and scalable applications using React and React Native.
• Design and implement backend services and APIs using Python (with relevant frameworks like Django or Flask).
• Collaborate with the product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the full stack.
• Participate in planning, estimation, and sprint retrospectives.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role with proficiency in Python and React/React Native.
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, and web services.
• Familiarity with version control systems, specifically Git.
• Understanding of database systems, both relational (SQL) and NoSQL.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and collaborate remotely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
