About the Role: We seek an experienced Senior Enterprise Risk Manager with a strong background in financial services to own and enhance our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. This is a pivotal role reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO), where you will lead risk management processes, oversee reporting, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive process leader, capable of driving operational excellence and embedding a culture of risk awareness across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive ERM framework tailored to financial services. Take ownership of risk processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements. Develop and deliver regular, actionable risk reports for the CRO and other key stakeholders. Identify, assess, and monitor enterprise and operational risks, recommending effective mitigation strategies. Lead the organization’s response to regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to integrate risk management into decision-making processes. Run training programs to promote a robust risk culture across all levels of the organization. Work with cross-functional teams to streamline risk reporting and implement best practices. Qualifications: At least 7 years of experience in enterprise and/or operational risk management within the financial services sector, preferably within Investment Banking or Asset Management Proven expertise in risk frameworks, methodologies, and regulatory requirements specific to financial services. Strong process ownership skills, with a track record of designing and leading risk management processes end-to-end. Exceptional ability to produce and present detailed risk reports for senior executives. Demonstrated success influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives. Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
