At our Advanced Blade Casting Facility (ABCF), we make critical turbine blades that go into our world-leading jet engines. It means we're at the cutting-edge of casting and automated technology. This is a high-tech, modern space you'll enjoy being in every day.
You will be fully trained to perform various tasks, including:
- Following technical instructions to craft patterns in wax ready for casting
- Operating high-tech robotic machinery
- Measuring and checking blades for defects
- Gathering data using digital apps
We value skills such as following processes, attention to detail, and familiarity with technology. You don't need specific qualifications; we are here to show you everything you need to know.
You'll receive full support and expert training to become a capable and confident Operations Team Member. There is also the opportunity to progress to a basic salary of £36,929 + £5,400 shift allowance per year.
