Our client, a long-term Local Authority partner, specialises in public sector Logistics, Transport and Construction. They are seeking a highly organised and experienced Project professional to join their client on-site in Harrow, on a part-time basis (3 days per week).
This role requires strong stakeholder management expertise, including Board-level presenting, contract management/administration experience, and working with councils, NHS or other public sector organisations.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing KPI meetings, ensuring compliance with safety audits, and supporting with timesheet administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with councils, public health teams, and public sector stakeholders to facilitate project success, dealing with stakeholders of all seniorities.
- KPI & Performance Monitoring: Organise and lead KPI meetings, track project progress, and identify areas for improvement. Produce reports and present to board-level stakeholders.
- Project Coordination: Assist in maintaining project documentation, reports, and administrative processes to support smooth operations.
- Contract Management: Support contract administration, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance targets.
- Safety Audits & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety audit requirements within the public sector framework.
- Strong contract management experience, particularly within the public sector.
- Previous experience working with local councils and public health teams.
- Proven ability to manage KPI meetings and track performance outcomes.
- Previous experience producing reports, and presenting to board-level stakeholders.
- Strong excel and spreadsheet experience.
- Knowledge of safety audits and compliance processes.
