Our client is looking for a senior member of the planning team to assist in the following duties:
- Utilise data insights, market analysis, and competitor reviews to make recommendations to improve performance across the display layouts.
- Ensure that customers' display plans are built on time and to the given brief, ensuring they meet the best possible display criteria of space percentages, publisher split, and product location, and that they are validated prior to release, ensuring accuracy before they are issued by the planning team to key stakeholders.
- Ensure that all data collected from other publishers to complete a display plan project is received on time, is 100% accurate and in the correct format, and is filed correctly or stored electronically as appropriate.
- Provide second-level support to the team when required, driving improvements, efficiencies, and best practice across the planning process with the team.
- Work with the team to ensure they become subject matter experts with their customers, by recording specific customer information to ensure all detail is captured for planning and installation.
- Maintain appropriate and professional working relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers, communicating clearly and concisely to ensure the business is aware of any issues arising.
