Dealing with a mix of recruitment, the role holder will be preparing job specs, screening CVs, compiling shortlists, conducting interviews and managing the hiring process with the partners and hiring managers.

They are looking for someone who will enjoy managing agency PSL relationships and service levels, as well as employing direct sourcing methods via employee referrals, social media, job sites and talent pools.
