What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a CHRO, SVP of HR, or equivalent, ideally within a high-growth tech, supply chain, or SaaS company.
- A visionary HR leader with the ability to inspire, influence, and execute at scale.
- Deep expertise in talent strategy, culture-building, and organizational design.
- A data-driven mindset with a passion for HR technology and automation.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with C-suite executives and global teams.
- A strategic yet hands-on approach, willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.
