Production Department Manager

ISQ Recruitment is supporting a family-owned food manufacturer with a clear vision of quality food that's available to all. As the site continues to grow, they are now seeking a Production Department Manager to join the team within Evisceration (EV).
As part of the Site Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring a constant, smooth, safe, and efficient factory operation in order to deliver the production plan within agreed budgetary and service levels.

Qualifications & Criteria:
- Prior experience in a similar food role (ideally meat).
- Experience of demanding retail or similar customer base.
- Experience of managing a team to deliver production plans with products with short shelf-life products and requiring intensive labour usage.
- Ability to clearly communicate and build a strong and effective team.
- Must have full Right to Work in the UK.
- Must have full UK driving license & access to own vehicle.
