We are looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join a growing FinTech company that is expanding its engineering team to build a cloud-native payments platform. This is a fully remote role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the testing function within a small, agile squad (under 10 people).
Role Overview
In this role, you will be the sole test lead in your squad, responsible for designing and implementing automated test frameworks to support a microservices-based architecture in Azure. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using .Net Core and C#.
- Define and implement the test automation strategy for your squad.
- Support the transition to a microservices-based architecture.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software quality.
