Cyber Security Operations Centre Team Lead

Littlefish is seeking a Cyber Security Operations Centre Team Lead to come and join our growing Cyber division. As our Cyber Security Operations Centre Team Lead, you will provide effective management of a Littlefish Cyber Security Operations Centre (CSOC) team. Responsible for the management and development of the team. This position is critical in making sure that we develop and support our people, whilst meeting our contractual obligations to our customers and continuously improving our service., * Working with our analysts to help mentor, shape and create development plans to maximise their potential.

• Development and implementation working practices and experiences that deliver exceptional customer service.

• Manage day-to-day analyst activities, ensuring quality and performance.

• Line management of a team within the CSOC.

• Support our analysts with escalations and provide stakeholder management during security incidents.

• Work within the SOC Management to identify and implement areas for improvement across people, technology, and process.

• Continue your own personal development across management and technology.

• Carry out monthly reporting and assist with service reviews

Must be eligible for SC Clearance (Must have been a UK resident for the last 5 years)., So, if this is ticking your boxes and you are excited at the thought of working with creative, passionate, energetic, friendly people we would love to hear from you., * Must have at least two years experience as a SOC Analyst or within a Security Operations Environment.

• Must have demonstrable experience with customer and stakeholder management.

• Must have demonstrable experience working in a Service Provider environment.

• Should have experience managing or leading teams.

• Should have experience with Microsoft Security technologies., * ITIL Foundation V3/V4

• Microsoft SC-200 Certification

• CISSP/CISM/CISA

Skills / Knowledge

• Unix & Windows Administration

• Vulnerability Awareness/Understanding

• HMG Security Standards and Processes
